Returns & Shipping

Thank you for shopping with us. We appreciate the fact that you like the stuff we sell. We also want to make sure you walk away happy and return to purchase more of our products.

As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our company. LaRhonda Leigh offers a 14 day return window for unworn, unused merchandise which the return shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer. Unworn merchandise may be refunded in the original method of payment, subject to the following:
*Sale items are final sale, these item are exchangeable only.
*When trying on new shoes please do so on a carpet. Any scuff marks will deem shoes not returnable.
*Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of shipping day.
*After 14 days returns will automatically be issued a merchandise credit for the current selling price.
*Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
*Footwear returns must be sent in a proper shipping box with the original shoe box inside. Do not tape or attach the label to the shoebox.
Headwear are not returnable. All hat sales are final
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any goods that we provide, don't hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.
